Couldn't post a gorgeous sunrise without an equally gorgeous sunset.

Such exciting surf but where are the surfers? Oh yes, they're ruffling their feathers Down Under in indignation at their drug-smuggling fellow Aussie's plight.

Caught this bee lolling in a water lily outside the spa Tara and I had just come from. I had a traditional Balinese massage and a herbal facial treatment which left me with an outbreak of zits all week! As for the effects of the relaxing massage, it was gone in two days as the cushions on the conference chairs at the Westin Convention Centre were worn down to the metal frame!

I spent a week in Bali for an off-site business meeting this last week. It was sweet torture to be in such a gorgeous setting like the Westin Resort but do none of the resort stuff. We were holed up in the convention centre until the sun came down each day. Finally had a morning before my flight free and would you know, we had the first Nusa Dua storm since arriving on Sunday. Still, I managed to get this sunrise shot so I can't really complain.

Took my camera to Mei Foo Park last weekend and got lucky with my last shot.

My hand isn't very steady and it takes me a while to get my subject perfectly in focus (after several tries) for the shot. When the bee buzzed into this shot, I just snapped, not waiting to check if the it was in perfect focus first. Like I said, I got lucky.
